$17.80 per hour plus $2.00 shift differential

Job Title: Data Collector - First Proc. Indirect

Job Description: This position is responsible for performing the Salvage line and whole bird line CCP monitoring checks and assist in the salvaging process.

Job Synopsis: This position is responsible for performing the CCP monitoring checks for the HACCP program. Specifically performing and recording temperature and fecal checks on salvage parts. Perform checks on IP, wash out, and airsac salvage vats. This position is responsible for knowing the procedures to salvage IP, washout, and gall birds. Therefore, one must be able to identify IP, airsac, gal, and washout deficiencies. This position is also responsible for performing presentation checks for the evisceration department as required in the USDA NELS guidelines. This position will also assist in salvaging birds on the salvage line as directed by the supervisor. This position must be able to lift seventy-pound tubs, and any other duties assigned by supervisor.

• Must be able to complete Tyson paperwork with accurate and legible entries

• Must be able to read materials, documents, and records related to production and quality

• Must be able to perform simple math calculations using a calculator

• Must be able to communicate work-related information with supervisors and other team members

Por lo tanto, debera ser capaz de identificar las deficiencias de IP, airsac, gall, y washout. Esta posicion ademas es responsable de presentar chequeos al departamento de evisceracion cuando sea requerido por los alineamientos de USDA. En este puesto se requiere leer y escribir ingles, calculos simples de matematicas usando calculadora. Este puesto ademas ayudara en la linea de reprocesamiento cuando lo indique el supervisor. Debera tambien poder levantar tinas de 70 libras y cualquier otra funcion asignada por el supervisor.

Habilidades y capacidades requeridas:

• Debe poder completar la documentacion de Tyson

• Debe poder leer e interpretar materiales, documentos y registros

• Debe poder comunicar los resultados de calidad con la gerencia y el equipo de Control de Calidad (QA)

• Debe poder realizar calculos matematicos simples utilizando una calculadora
