About the Role

We're looking for a Pricing & Yield Management professional to join our team and drive strategic decisions that directly impact business outcomes. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of sales, product, and finance teams, translating data into pricing strategies that optimize revenue while balancing scale and growth. You'll split your time between strategic operational decisions and building the foundations of new monetization approaches, specifically a biddable auction environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Drive strategic pricing and inventory allocation decisions as part of the team's operational rhythmโ€”decisions that directly influence business performance
  • Partner across sales, product, deal desk, and other teams to understand market dynamics and inform pricing strategy
  • Own the development and optimization of our new biddable auction environment from day 1, defining the pricing logic and strategy that powers this monetization model
  • Build the analytical frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making at scale across our pricing strategy
  • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities in our pricing approach, then develop the systems and processes to capture them

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

We're excited to meet candidates who have many of the following qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in advertising pricing and yield management
  • Deep experience with biddable and auction environments
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and maintain relationships across a wide range of partner teams
  • An analytical problem solver with strong attention to detail
Compensation

The anticipated total compensation for this role is depending on factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal equity.

Our total compensation package may include:

  • Base salary
  • Equity (where applicable)
  • Annual bonus or incentive compensation (where applicable)

Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

Benefits

In addition to competitive compensation, Doximity offers a comprehensive benefits package for full time employees. Some of our offerings include:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Flexible paid time off and company holidays
  • Paid parental leave
  • Professional development and learning opportunities
  • Wellness and mental health resources
  • Remote work support and home office stipend (where applicable)
Why You'll Love Working Here

At Doximity, you'll join a mission-driven company where your work has a meaningful impact on healthcare. We believe great ideas come from empowered teams, and we're committed to creating an environment where people can do their best work.

  • Make a real impact. Help build products that support over a million healthcare professionals and ultimately improve patient care.
  • Work with exceptional teammates. Collaborate with thoughtful, talented colleagues who value curiosity, humility, and continuous learning.
  • Enjoy flexibility and trust. We support flexible ways of working and empower employees with the autonomy to own their work.
  • Grow your career. Take on meaningful challenges, develop new skills, and shape your career through mentorship and professional development.
  • Bring your authentic self. We're committed to fostering an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives are welcomed, respected, and celebrated.
Our Hiring Process & AI Tools

Doximity may use artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tools throughout the hiring process to help improve the candidate experience and support our recruiting team. These tools may assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, general communication, interview coordination, note-taking, or summarizing interview feedback.
