Job description

Maintenance Tech III

Location: Dayton, OH, 45402

Company: Premier hospitality linen provider

Job Type: Full-time, Second Shift

Job Description:

The region's premier hospitality linen provider is seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician III to work Second Shift at their 1936 McCall Street Location. A Maintenance Technician III is the highest level of experienced Maintenance Technician with a broad range of expertise. Responsibilities may include troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance procedures on a variety of manufacturing production equipment and completion of other tasks as assigned by Maintenance Manager in a safe and timely manner with minimal supervision.

Skills Required:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

  • Knowledge of PLC systems and industrial controls

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

  • Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics

Physical Requirements:

  • The ability to utilize ladders and man lifts
  • Stand for extended periods of time
  • Lift/carry up to 50 pounds

Qualifications:

  • Acceptable background check
  • Ability to pass a drug test
  • Experience in high-speed production environments
Work Environment:
  • Manufacturing or industrial facility

  • May require overtime, weekends, or on-call work

Schedule:

  • Rotating schedule (4 days, 10 hours) 2:00pm – 12:30am
Salary: Pay commensurate with skill level
