Your New Role
  • Perform HVAC service, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and light commercial systems in Mahopac, New York

  • Service and repair central air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless mini-split systems, PTAC units, and gas, propane, and electric heating equipment

  • Diagnose and service hydronic heating and geothermal HVAC systems

  • Complete preventive maintenance, inspections, and seasonal tune-ups

  • Identify equipment issues and recommend repair or replacement options to customers

  • Test electrical components, refrigerant levels, airflow, and overall system performance

  • Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and local codes

  • Document service calls, diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations using ServiceTitan or similar field service software

  • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional job site

  • Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication throughout each service visit

  • Travel throughout Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess Counties to support customers

  • EPA Certification required; Universal EPA Certification preferred

  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals

  • OSHA 30 and SST certifications preferred, or willingness to obtain them

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
