Registered Nurse - Homecare

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
  • Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions
  • Implement and update individualized care plans

Qualifications

  • Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
  • Current BLS/CPR Certification

  • Homecare, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, pediatric, critical care, or trach/vent experience is a plus
  • Strong assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently in a home setting
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
