ASSET MANAGEMENT
The Asset and Wealth Management Division (AWM) invests in corporate equity and debt, real estate equity and debt, and infrastructure-related assets and companies. The Asset and Wealth Management Private investing business operates on a global platform and our team works in a fast-paced, exciting environment. We look for individuals with versatile skills and a passion for investing.
YOUR IMPACT
The Asset and Wealth Management Division (AWM) is looking to add a Senior Associate to its team in Dallas to serve as a Yardi Admin team member team offering dedicated support for the AWM Private Real Estate Investing platform. 

Asset and Wealth Management Division is focused on a wide range of real estate activities and transactions, including acquisition, disposition, financing (both lending and borrowing), construction, development, and asset management.  Asset classes include office, retail, multifamily, hospitality and industrial. The Yardi Administrator position will provide support for many facets of the closing process related to these types of transactions, as well as general transaction project management. Excellent organizational, project management and customer service skills are required. The candidate will have 3-4 years of experience administering Yardi Systems, must be a self-starter, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in Word and Excel, and enjoy working in a team environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Collaborate closely with GS Yardi Admin team, GS workstream leads, Third Party Consultants, and other internal/external stakeholders. 
    Assist with system governance; review security configuration and control structure to identify gaps and propose recommended changes.
    Set up properties, entities, workflows, and assist with onboardings, implementations, integrations, system-wide troubleshooting. 
    Collaborate with the business Engineering teams to optimize data needs and data flows to support GS business operations, including custom reporting. 
    Provide insights and guidance on best practices for the effective utilization of the Yardi platform for business needs. 
    Maintain and update Yardi configuration documents governance framework, related policies & procedures, and training materials. 
    Conduct end user training - both internally and externally.
    Monitor support desk ticketing system that is utilized by GS, Property Management Companies, JV Partners and Accounting Vendors.
    Learn GS systems, process flows feeds, business needs to ensure comprehensive understanding in carrying out other responsibilities.
 

REQUIREMENTS               
    3 + years of experience as a Yardi Specialist/Administrator with the following modules: Core Voyager- Residential, Commercial, Investment Management, Fixed Assets, Job Cost, P2P, CRM, Elevate - ABF/Forecast Manager, Forecast IQ. 
    Execution-oriented and experience working with global teams. 
    Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including third party consultants and has well-developed organization sensitivity. 
    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
    Comfortable working in high-pace, consensus-driven global team environment. 
    Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.  
    Systems-oriented with creative and analytical skills with ability to create innovative solutions.
    Strong data management, knowledge of real estate accounting and financial reporting. 
    Commercial real estate experience highly preferred.
