Position Summary:

 

The StimWRx operations supervisor will oversee all operations for the acid stimulation services division. The operations supervisor will work hand in hand with the sales team, yard and trucking operations, and customers to ensure stimulation and clean-up jobs are performed as efficiently as possible. Great work environment with a fun, hardworking team.

Essential Functions:

 

  • Email and follow up on all orders/deliveries with yard operations manager and coordinate delivery schedule.
  • Spot check trucks to ensure correct chemical has been loaded for jobs.
  • Team lead at job sites – coordinate with customer/wellsite supervisors, conduct safety meetings, ensure pump procedure is carried out correctly.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Present StimWRx technical capabilities and chemistries to new and existing customers in meetings and lunch and learn sessions.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships for new and existing accounts.
  • Occasionally collect necessary wellhead fluid samples for lab analysis.
  • Communicate and coordinate with yard mechanic for routine maintenance to be performed on pump trucks and transport trucks.

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 2 years of general oilfield experience preferred.
  • Mechanically inclined is a plus.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic knowledge of excel and email).
  • Customer Service Skills: Meet internal and external commitments, and respond promptly to customer needs.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated and a self-starter; able to self-manage and complete all necessary job tasks. Good communication. Strong multi-tasking abilities. Honest, trustworthy and dependable. Great attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment.
 

Work Environment:

About 25% office, 75% in the field. Indoors and outdoors, with driving involved. Use of safety equipment (when in the field) includes a hardhat, safety glasses, H2s monitor, FRs, and work boots.
