Fantastic team is looking to add another KEY player to their team ! Imagine working in a city that is known as a KEY and becoming the Key to unlock the Arts of Smiles in this community. In search of an experienced DENTAL Patient Care Coordinator that appreciates the growth and technology of dentistry. The ideal Patient Care Coordinator would be that who has developed superb work ethics and understands the importance of time management exceptional customer service to our patients, coordinating insurance benefits, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that our office is HIPAA compliant. This job would intel to be able to understand the operations and structure of the Front office. A genuine passion to help and serve the community and able to be professional.

Responsibilities:
• Educate patients on dental procedures and treatment options to ensure they receive the best care possible.
• Utilize CDT dental procedure codes to accurately bill insurance claims and ensure patients receive the maximum benefits available.
• Coordinate insurance benefits and financial planning with patients to ensure they have a clear understanding of their coverage and payment options.
• Schedule and confirm dental appointments to ensure our patients receive timely care.
• Maintain detailed organization of patient records and EOD reporting to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
• Ensure that our office is HIPAA compliant to protect our patients' privacy and confidentiality.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our patients to ensure they have a positive experience with our practice.




Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a dental office or related field to ensure you have the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • GED/High School Diploma
  • Familiar with Open Dental Software
  • Familiar with Yapi patient communication Software
  • Familiar with Care Credit third party Financing (Current Certification is a Plus)
  • Familiar with Lending Club third party financing
  • Ability to coordinate insurance benefits and financial planning with patients to ensure they have a clear understanding of their coverage and payment options.
  • Experience with dental appointment scheduling and EOD reporting to ensure efficient and accurate record-keeping on Open Dental Software
  • HIPAA Certified


Salary:
• $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
