Work Schedule: M-F, occasional Sat, 7:30am-4:30pm, shared phone call (5x annually)
Scheduled Hours: 40, 36 clinical/4 admin, 4-day work week

Qualifications

  • Degree of MD or DO with ABIM-recognized internal medicine residency (three years minimum) or ABFM-recognized family medicine residency (three years minimum)

Licensure

  • Valid American Board certification in either internal medicine or family medicine and renewed (if needed) prior to expiration Valid and unrestricted New York medical license BLS certification Valid DEA registration and Controlled Substance Certificate (or in the process of obtaining)
