WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Continental is seeking a standout IOYC Deck Crew team member ready to spend the summer on the water while delivering exceptional guest experiences aboard Infinity and Ovation Yacht Charters.
This is a unique opportunity to support weddings, corporate events, and social cruises while gaining hands-on experience in the marine industry. Whether you've spent time on boats or are looking to learn, you'll build valuable skills, earn sea time, and play a key role in operating a vessel safely and professionally.
We're looking for someone who is collaborative, hands-on, and energized by creating memorable moments for guests in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
The IOYC Deck Crew are valuable members of our team who:
  •  Provide first-rate safety and service to guests and team members aboard the Infinity and   Ovation Yachts
  •  Act as a company brand ambassador, embodying our core values and guiding principles
  •  Support the overall guest experience across a variety of event types including weddings, corporate outings, and social cruises
  •  Are comfortable working aboard a large vessel while traveling short distances over water
  •  Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and are willing to jump in wherever needed
  •  Take pride in being an integral part of operating a vessel safely and professionally
  •  Are interested in growing within a dynamic, hospitality-driven team
  •  Are committed to excellence and delivering polished, professional service
  •  Work best in a creative, collaborative environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends  
  • Must be 18 years of age or older  
  •  Gain hands-on experience working aboard a luxury yacht
  •  Build transferable skills for a career in the marine and hospitality industries
  •  Earn valuable sea time toward future roles such as Captain or Bridge Officer
  •  Be part of a high-energy, team-driven environment on the water

ADDITIONAL NOTE
Boating or marine experience is preferred but not required-we are happy to train candidates who bring the right attitude and willingness to learn.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodation.
Additional requirements include:
  • Working onboard vessels in varying weather conditions
  • Climbing stairs and ladders
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Performing line-handling duties
