Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure network printers by updating SMTP settings for Scan-to-Email functionality.
  • Access printer administrative consoles by connecting directly via IP address.
  • Modify printer settings to support Proofpoint email security integration.
  • Work efficiently to meet project milestones and weekly productivity metrics.
  • Collaborate with other desktop support technicians as part of a dedicated project team.
  • Utilize Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel for communication, coordination, and project tracking.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience accessing and administering network printers through their web-based management interface.
  • Comfortable connecting to printers using IP addresses and modifying administrative settings.
  • Strong desktop support or technical support experience.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven project.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with Proofpoint is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Experience supporting enterprise printer environments is highly preferred.
Training
  • A brief 2 3 day onboarding/training period will be provided.
  • Candidates should be able to ramp up quickly and contribute to the project immediately after training.
