Job description

X-Ray Technician

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Pay Rate: $1,700 To $1,908/Week

Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Experience: Minimum 2 years required

About the Role

We are seeking experienced X-Ray Technicians for a 13-week contract opportunity in Atlanta, Georgia. This role supports the Radiology department in a pediatric hospital setting and requires strong X-Ray imaging experience, prior travel experience, ARRT certification, BLS certification, and the ability to support weekend day-shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-Ray examinations according to physician orders and radiology protocols

• Prepare and position pediatric patients safely and appropriately for imaging procedures

• Operate radiographic equipment while following radiation safety and image quality standards

• Maintain accurate imaging documentation and support efficient radiology workflow

• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and healthcare team members to support quality patient care

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of X-Ray experience required

• Current ARRT Certification Required

• BLS/BCLS Certification Required

• Prior travel experience required

• Must provide up-to-date resume, 2 recent X-Ray supervisor/manager references, skills checklist, RTO at submission, flu vaccination if in season, and nicotine testing with drug screen
