Minimum Requirements

1. 6+ years implementing/supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Module (HCM), PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 experience or higher.

2. 5+ years of current experience developing with PeopleTools vs.so or higher.

3. Thorough understanding of Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQL, SQR, XML Publisher, Crystal, Application Designer, Trace, and other development tools.

4. 5s+ years of current experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting, PL/SQL, Java.

5. Good understanding of Oracle databases.

6. Good SQL query tuning knowledge for performance.

7. Bachelor's degree in IS, Business, or related field, or 5+ years relevant experience in a corporate IT environment.

8. Excellent documentation skills.

9. Excellent customer service skills.

10. Strong team contributor, take charge individual, self-motivated, and business oriented.

11. Self-motivated independent worker, able to lead initiatives from beginning to end.
