Job description

We are looking for a Menu Support Specialist to provide customer support and assist with software integration-related issues. This is primarily a customer support role for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and learning how software systems work.


The ideal candidate does not need to be a programmer. However, basic familiarity with technical concepts such as JSON, XML, and software integrations is helpful. You will work with customers, menu providers, and internal teams to help identify issues and ensure problems are properly communicated and resolved.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone and ticketing systems
  • Help customers troubleshoot menu integration and software-related issues
  • Review basic JSON and XML information to help identify potential issues
  • Gather information and details about customer-reported problems
  • Communicate with internal technical teams when additional assistance is needed
  • Clearly explain issues and solutions to customers
  • Track and follow up on support requests until they are resolved
  • Document customer issues and resolutions


Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable learning and working with software systems
  • Basic familiarity with JSON, XML, or other technical information
  • Ability to understand and explain technical issues in simple terms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn


Programming experience in not required. Basic technical knowledge and the ability to understand software-related issues is preferred.
