Role: DevOps Engineer
Location: Miami, FL

Job Description:
Must Have Skills:
• Jira, IBM RTC, Bit Bucket, Jenkins
Job Roles/Responsibilities:
• Software 8+ years' experience in developing software with expertise in multiple programming languages and methodologies
• Experience on working with large scale migrations of different types of artifacts during product migrations
• Demonstrated comprehension of the extensive DevOps toolkit with technologies and tools such as IBM RTC, Groovy, Ant, Ivy, Git, Jira, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Branch Management.
• Help development teams define migration strategy and then migrate to Jira from RTC of various artifacts
• Configure, implement, and automate Continuous Delivery pipelines for software delivery teams utilizing the supported CI tools
• Creating and updating life cycle models and schedules
• Experience of working with IBM Urban code for automated code deployments
• Sound understanding of IBM RTC source code repository concepts
• Working knowledge and experience of SOA using RESTful web services and API platform integrations
• Understanding of latest trends in microservices technologies,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas in easy to understand business terms
• Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Preferred:
• Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies and delivery
• Excellent working knowledge of using dynamic data with services (e.g., JSON, XML, REST APIs etc)
• Experience with Automated code management and quality such as SonarQube, Artifactory
• Experience with Data Modeling, Networking, and Push Notification frameworks
• Relevant technology certifications and strong understanding of Cloud computing
