About the Role

We are seeking customer-focused professionals to join our team as EV Concierge Representatives. In this role, you will support current and prospective vehicle owners by delivering exceptional customer service and providing accurate information about EV products, services, and ownership experiences.

As an EV Concierge Representative, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers, helping them navigate vehicle features, charging options, reservations, orders, dealership appointments, and service-related inquiries. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a product expert for current and future EV product offerings and related services.
  • Assist customers via phone, chat, and email with:
    • Product information and specifications
    • Vehicle reservations and ordering processes
    • Charging solutions and home charging options
    • Dealership and service inquiries
    • Recall-related questions
  • Take ownership of each customer interaction and ensure concerns are fully resolved.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through personalized and solution-oriented service.
