Entertainment Consulting International, LLC (ECI) is an entertainment and hospitality consulting group with over 50 clients, including all of the Live! districts in numerous markets such as: Baltimore (Power Plant Live!), Philadelphia (XFINITY Live!), Louisville (Fourth Street Live!), St. Louis (Ballpark Village), Kansas City (Power & Light District), and more. We consult in design, marketing, accounting, brand development and restaurant operations. Our #1 motto is to cherish the guest; we strive to help our clients and provide an unforgettable experience for every person who steps into their venues. Our restaurant concepts include unique culinary partnerships with world-class chefs such as Todd English and Guy Fieri, as well as self-developed concepts such as Cleaver & Cork and the Sports and Social Club. We are also the largest operator in the nation of entertainment venues created in partnership with major consumer brands - these unique venues include our NBC Sports Arena, Budweiser Brew House, Fox Sports Midwest Live!, PBR Bar & Grill, Leinenkugel’s Beer Garden and Blue Moon Brewing Company.

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to add to our team – qualifications include:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a self-starter - Team player who is willing to take on additional tasks to aid in time sensitive deadlines.
  • Intermediate skills (or better) in Microsoft products, especially Excel - Experience with import/export (upload processes) a plus
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to apply reason and logic to complex situations - Knowledge of federal and state employment laws/regulations a plus. - Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must have Basic mathematical skills
  • Maintain confidential payroll personnel files and Pay information through Ultipro - Maintain and respond to confidential employee information including Direct Deposits, Garnishments and Employment Verifications to meet deadlines and requirements
