Job Description

As an Installation Technician, you will:

  • Work independently in customers' homes and outdoors to install XFINITY products and services or troubleshoot reported issues
  • Develop rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience each and every time
  • Explain installed services in-depth with customers

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Superior communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 70lbs, carry and climb ladders, and work outside in all weather conditions
  • Bilingual is a plus
