Senior Brand Manager, North AmericaLocation: PLAYA VISTA, CAWork Arrangement: Hybrid (remote + on-site)Employment Type: Full-timeReports to: VP of GTMExperience: 8+ yearsPosition OverviewLead Smilegate's North America brand marketing and GTM strategy for an upcoming AAA PC and console title, covering brand positioning, audience strategy, strategic platform partnerships (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, and Epic Games Store), consumer insights, and creative agency coordination in close partnership with Smilegate's global publishing team.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & CreativePartner with the global publishing team to develop North America GTM strategy, brand positioning, and localized messaging.Lead North America brand planning and execution for major marketing beats, including announcements to launch campaigns.Lead creative agency management, marketing asset reviews (trailers, key art, campaign materials), and cross-functional approval processes.Develop and document scalable GTM processes and best practices to support long-term in-house marketing capabilities.Platform & InsightsBuild and manage strategic relationships with PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, and Epic Games Store teams.Coordinate platform briefings, storefront merchandising, and co-marketing initiatives.Represent Smilegate in partner meetings at key industry events.Plan and execute consumer research and influencer outreach initiatives, translating findings into actionable recommendations for GTM and brand strategy.Required Qualifications8+ years of experience in brand marketing within the video game industry, including experience supporting or leading AAA title launches.Hands-on experience working with PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, and/or Epic Games Store platform teams.Proven experience developing and executing brand GTM strategies, positioning, and localized marketing campaigns.Experience leveraging consumer research and market insights to inform brand strategy, including influencer engagement initiatives.Strong experience managing creative agencies and reviewing marketing assets.Excellent business English communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with global publishing organizations or Asian game publishers.Korean language proficiency is a plus.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary range: $166,000 - $215,000 annuallyIncentive compensationCompetitive benefits (401(k) with company match, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, long-term disability)Hybrid Work (remote + on-site)Additional InformationThis position may be filled at the Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager level, depending on the selected candidate's experience, scope of impact, and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
