Job description

ERCS is hiring a Project Manager to oversee residential restoration projects. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in residential construction or restoration and can manage multiple job sites across King County, Pierce County, and nearby areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations on residential job sites

  • Coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

  • Conduct site inspections and ensure safety compliance

  • Communicate effectively with homeowners and team members

  • Maintain project documentation and manage permits as needed

  • Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate and ensure proper scoping of work

  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters and ensure all estimates align with project goals and compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction or restoration

  • Proficiency with Xactimate and experience writing restoration estimates

  • Experience in fire, water, or mold restoration is required

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to travel daily to job sites

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Basic computer skills (email, reporting, scheduling tools)

Preferred:
