THE ROLE

The Ground Transportation Account Manager position is primarily responsible for sourcing, contracting, and managing motorcoach transportation needs for the Anthony Travel/On Location NCAA Ground Transportation program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, transportation, and event management, provide outstanding customer service, and be an enthusiastic professional. This person mustpossessthe ability to manage multiple tasks and projects,anticipateevent needs, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.They will need to be confident in negotiating terms and contracting sales with motorcoach vendors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Solicit, review, and confirm motorcoach quotes.

  • Maintain proactive vendor communication.

  • Manage numerous concurrent trip needs and communications.

  • Provide 24/7 support in select time periods.

  • Create excellent collaboration and communication with all partners in the program.

  • Oversee post-trip invoice completion and resolve discrepancies.

  • Other duties as needed

Travel

Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule, and be available to travel for work, which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. This position will require less than 10% travel.

COMPENSATION

Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off, and 401k plan.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$45,000 annually(minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:

$60,000 annually
