Job description

WTTW (Chicago PBS) and WFMT (classical music radio station) are seeking a full-time Building Maintenance Staff person to provide general building maintenance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Repair and maintenance of building and equipment.
• Remodeling and repairs in the fields of carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
• Preventative maintenance of building HVAC equipment.
• Preventative maintenance of hot water boilers and pumps.
• DDC building controls (BAS).
• Plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
• Miscellaneous repair projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Highly Trained

• Self-Motivated
• Independent
EXPERIENCE:
• 5 years of building maintenance
• HVAC
• Carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
TRAINING & EDUCATION:
• HVAC
• EPA Universal Certification is a plus
• Continuing Education
*This position requires membership in IBEW Local 1220.
ESTIMATED SALARY RANGE: $52,000 - $62,000 annually
