Job description

Responsibilities 

 

  • Installation of Roofing Systems: under the direction of a foreman, install different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, safety systems and other forms of low-slope roofing systems. Operate tools in a safe manner, while adhering to all applicable health and safety legislation.
  • QA and Maintenance Inspections: perform routine inspections using diagnostic equipment, check roof to make sure system is working properly and ensure any problems are communicated and corrected.

Qualifications 

  • Willing to travel (Up to 25% or more) within the assigned region and work flexible hours in the peak season.
  • Ability to work at heights and lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and have access to a vehicle. (truck is a nice to have)
  • Must have at least 2 years of commercial roofing experience (no need to be a journeyman, need flat roofing experience or steep slop roofing)

This is a new position. Pay range is $35-$45. Final compensation is dependent upon individual's knowledge, skills, experience, internal equity and market data alignment.
