Senior Water Mitigation Leader
Paul Davis Restoration is hiring experienced and certified mitigation leaders who want

Responsibilities 

  • Professionally represent the Paul Davis Restoration principles of honesty and integrity.
  • Lead and manage water mitigation projects, ensuring timely and effective completion, professional documentation and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Supervise and train a team of water mitigation technicians, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to emergency property damage 24/7 365 days a year
  • Perform on-call rotation as needed
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Ensure that the job is brought to completion and collection in a timely fashion
  • Assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed
Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, customer service, and team management skills.
  • Proven experience in water mitigation and restoration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Certification in water damage restoration (e.g., IICRC WRT & ASD) is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks. Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
  • Willingness to learn with a desire to practice continuous improvement
