Job Requirements:

  • Capable of performing detail-oriented and repetitive work
  • Able to effectively and efficiently work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comply with performance and conduct standards
  • Comply with all safety instructions and protective equipment requirements
  • Follow client policies and procedures
  • Comply with uniform standards and maintain a professional appearance
  • Work with minimum supervision
  • Complete training requirements in a timely manner
  • Good oral and written communication
  • All other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
  • Read, comprehend and apply written standardized work.
  • Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate weights of 10 - 50 pounds for extended periods of time
  • Hand/eye coordination with arm/hand/finger dexterity including the ability to grasp with visual Inspect, rework, and sort parts in accordance with customer requirements
  • 20/20 vision/corrected vision with no color blindness
