The Technical Writer is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining clear and accurate documentation, templates, and training materials to support business operations and project teams. This role also supports users by helping manage documentation systems and ensuring content is easy to access and understand.
The Technical Writer works closely with internal teams and stakeholders to gather information, identify documentation needs, and improve existing content. The ideal candidate has strong technical writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain work instructions and documentation for various product lines and processes.
  • Review and update content regularly to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Develop and organize training, reference, and troubleshooting materials.
  • Support engineering and process change documentation updates.
  • Assist with content management and documentation best practices.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to improve documentation and processes.
