About the Role
Ampersand Brands is seeking a Brand Communications & Storytelling Manager to help shape and bring to life the stories behind Lolli & Pops and Hammond's Candies. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Partnerships, this role is a key partner in developing brand narratives, building integrated marketing campaigns, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across every customer touchpoint.
We're looking for a strategic storyteller who can transform ideas into compelling campaigns, guide creative development, and help bring our brands to life across retail, digital, social, and customer experience channels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the Director of Marketing & Partnerships to shape brand strategy, messaging, campaign concepts, and storytelling initiatives.
  • Lead storytelling for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key marketing initiatives.
  • Develop creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and campaign toolkits.
  • Partner with the Graphic Designer to bring campaigns and marketing materials to life.
  • Collaborate with Social Media and Guest Services to uncover customer insights and storytelling opportunities.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.
  • Manage marketing projects from concept through execution.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications, content strategy, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns and working with creative teams.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for consumer brands, retail, gifting, food, or lifestyle categories.
