OUR BRAND:

As one of the fastest growing independent beauty brands, Pixi Beauty has built an incredible worldwide reputation and is quickly becoming one of the most recognized brands in the industry. Due to our continued success, we are expanding and looking for a passionate HR Intern to join our team.

ROLE:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources Department with day-to-day departmental needs. This internship will help you acquire skills and abilities and provide you with vast knowledge into our various projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Writing and posting job descriptions.
  • Filtering resumes and performing phone screenings for entry level roles in order to drive recruiting efforts.
  • Scheduling phone and in-person interviews, ensuring all necessary participants are involved.
  • Checking employee references to ensure proper vetting.
  • Assisting in the planning of company events and internal gatherings.
  • Helping to organize HR files and resumes.
  • All other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working towards your Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or relevant field
  • Passion for the Beauty Industry, a plus
  • Must have a positive, team player attitude
  • Must communicate clearly and professionally, both verbal and written
  • Must have the ability to problem solve and manage time successfully
  • Must be highly organized and adaptable within a fast-paced environment
