Job description

Responsibilities:
  • No experience necessary!
  • This Associate is responsible for maintaining the assigned cash drawer with an acceptable level of coins and cash.
  • Associate is responsible for the processing of sports wagers and payment of winnings and for maintaining accountability for all coin, cash, and cash equivalents within the assigned drawer.
  • Provide outstanding guest service while writing and paying Sportsbook tickets and providing information to guests.
  • Answer customer questions related to sports and sports betting. Process contest selections and parlay cards as applicable.
  • Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures within the Sportsbook Department.
  • At the end of each shift, the Sportsbook Attendant will be responsible for reconciling the assigned cash drawer and completing all necessary paperwork associated with this position.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be able to attain a South Dakota Gaming License
