Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Assist customer in ascertaining their automotive needs and advising them of repair options while assisting customer with any questions or concerns through the invoice process.
  • Consult with customer on applicable service specials.
  • Gather and decode customer information to effectively and accurately relay concerns to technicians.
  • Document services declined and advise customer of current and future needs to their vehicle.
  • Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment, maintaining safe work practices at all times.
  • Maintain excellent CSI scores through constant communication with customers during and after service visits to satisfy all customer needs.
  • Build strong relationships with the customers.
