CMA is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor Assistant to support our service department by delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping keep operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for candidates with customer service, hospitality, retail, administrative, or automotive experience who want to build a long-term career in a dealership environment.


What You'll Do

  • Greet customers professionally and create a positive service experience.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management.
  • Answer customer questions and provide updates throughout the service process.
  • Prepare and manage repair order documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between customers, service advisors, and technicians.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate service records.
  • Assist with payment processing and cash handling.
  • Support daily service lane operations and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Pay: $35,000 - $50,000 per year + Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

  • Customer service, receptionist, administrative, retail sales, hospitality, or automotive experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to build customer relationships and demonstrate empathy.
  • Professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
