*Mandarin proficiency required*

The Building Caretaker is responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable building, both inside and outside, on a daily basis, but will also support building operations and assist with administrative tasks.

Shift Available:

  • Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Clean the common areas of the building.
  • Assist in building move-ins / move-outs.
  • Complete building security inspections.
  • Program enter-phone codes and fobs.
  • Report building issues in writing.
  • Assist first responders and execute emergency protocol.
  • Facilitate trades and general handyman tasks.
  • Other duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to read, write, speak, and listen in Mandarin at a professional or fluent level
  • Be reliable and punctual.
  • Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
  • Able to lift 20 lbs and climb a 5ft ladder.
  • Able to use cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Open to cleaning light biohazard waste.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and online tools.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and products.
