Job description

This position is contingent upon contract award.

We are seeking two Senior IMINT Analyst to support advanced Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) operations at Fort Gordon, Georgia. This position supports intelligence analysis, production, integration, and dissemination while providing senior-level expertise to complex intelligence requirements and mission priorities.

Essential Job Functions:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive current GEOINT analysis experience, strong knowledge of Army and defense-level intelligence operations, and the ability to develop high-quality intelligence products and brief senior stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Active TS/SCI clearance.

Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:

  • MA/MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or a related field and 6 years of current GEOINT analysis experience; OR BA/BS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or a related field and at least 10 years of intelligence analysis experience, including 8 years of current GEOINT analysis experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with specialized training and at least 15 years of intelligence analysis experience, including 10 years of current GEOINT analysis experience.

Excellent written and oral communication, research, and analytical skills.

Expert ability to manage personnel, requirements, and project coordination.

Expert ability to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written intelligence reports.

Extensive experience supporting decision-making and special projects involving integration issues, including preparing, producing, and coordinating written products and briefings for senior stakeholders.

Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, data governance, and performance metrics.

Experience applying metadata management techniques, data modeling, and data design.

Expert knowledge of Army organizational structure and defense-level intelligence operations, including intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination.

Experience supporting intelligence databases and developing intelligence products.

Strong knowledge of intelligence tradecraft and publication standards.

Ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize large volumes of information and independently produce clear, accurate written intelligence products.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge and experience supporting intelligence operations and developing expert assessments addressing operational priorities on behalf of mission stakeholders.

Specialized training from an intelligence collection or analysis school.

GEOINT Professional Certification, including GPC-F, GPC-IA-II, GPC-GA-II, GPC-IS-II, or comparable certifications.

Knowledge and understanding of the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG).
