Job description

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, is a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients. We are seeking a full-time QA/Technical Writer to support a government agency based in Tallahassee, FL. This is an exempt hybrid-remote position.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of cybersecurity assessment, testing, audit, and project deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with established requirements.
  • Review technical documentation, reports, test procedures, findings, evidence packages, and supporting materials for clarity, organization, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Assist in preparing, editing, formatting, and maintaining technical reports, testing documentation, procedures, workpapers, presentations, and other project deliverables.
  • Verify that required supporting evidence is properly documented, organized, traceable, and associated with the appropriate testing activity, finding, or recommendation.
  • Maintain document version control, file organization, document status, review comments, and approval tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct quality-control checks to identify inconsistencies, omissions, formatting issues, calculation errors, and discrepancies between technical findings and supporting evidence.
  • Assist project and technical staff in developing standardized templates, document formats, checklists, evidence matrices, and quality-control procedures.
  • Support the preparation of executive summaries, technical summaries, lessons learned, project status reports, and other management-level documentation.
  • Coordinate the incorporation of reviewer comments and ensure required corrections are completed before deliverables are submitted for approval.
  • Maintain organized project records and documentation in accordance with established procedures, security requirements, and document-retention practices.

Qualifications Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in technical writing or related field and three years of related professional experience.
  • OR an Associate's degree with five years of related professional experience
  • OR high school diploma with seven years of related experience
  • Able to obtain a Public-Trust security clearance if requested

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams
  • A team player who can work in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • The ability to listen to customers and colleagues, convey ideas effectively, and prepare written documentation
  • Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties.
