At Master AutoTech, we fix cars but our real job is taking care of people. We're looking for a service writer for our Downtown Ogden location: someone friendly, organized, and great with customers who can keep our front counter running smoothly.

You don't need to be a car expert. If you're a strong communicator who's eager to learn, we'll teach you everything you need to know about the services we offer.

Duties:

  • Welcome customers, listen to their concerns, and ask good questions to understand what their vehicle needs
  • Explain recommended services clearly and honestly, based on manufacturer recommendations - no pressure tactics, ever
  • Build lasting relationships with new and returning customers
  • Represent the Master AutoTech brand with pride
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience preferred - retail, hospitality, front desk, or similar
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine attention to detail
  • A current, valid driver's license with a clean record; must pass a background check
  • Nice to have: any automotive knowledge or interest in cars
What We Offer
  • Paid time off - vacation and sick time
  • Full insurance package - health, dental, vision, life, and HSA
  • Retirement - 401(k) with employer match
  • Training - we'll teach you the automotive side of the job
  • Stability - a company with 60+ years in Utah and a reputation worth being part of
