At Master AutoTech, we fix cars but our real job is taking care of people. We're looking for a service writer for our Downtown Ogden location: someone friendly, organized, and great with customers who can keep our front counter running smoothly.
You don't need to be a car expert. If you're a strong communicator who's eager to learn, we'll teach you everything you need to know about the services we offer.
Duties:
- Welcome customers, listen to their concerns, and ask good questions to understand what their vehicle needs
- Explain recommended services clearly and honestly, based on manufacturer recommendations - no pressure tactics, ever
- Build lasting relationships with new and returning customers
- Represent the Master AutoTech brand with pride
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred - retail, hospitality, front desk, or similar
- Strong communication skills and a genuine attention to detail
- A current, valid driver's license with a clean record; must pass a background check
- Nice to have: any automotive knowledge or interest in cars
