WHAT YOU’LL DO

As our Service Writer, you will ensure that all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed in the most efficient way possible, while providing an excellent experience for our customers. Every day, you will enter and review service and warranty work orders, schedule field service calls, coordinate shop workflow, check in equipment for repair, take parts calls, pull customer orders, and assist in inventory control.

You will also work closely with the sales and parts departments, as well as other branch locations, to ensure clear communication, efficient operations, and outstanding customer support across all departments.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
