We support building owners, investors, and tenants through every phase of a building's lifecycle from construction and acquisition through upgrades and renovation to disposition.
We are seeking a Senior Project Specialist to support and execute building enclosure consulting projects across a variety of markets and project types. Responsibilities may include field observations, inspections, testing, documentation, data collection, construction monitoring, report writing, and related technical services. Senior Project Specialists are expected to apply advanced technical knowledge, exercise sound judgment, and provide guidance and support to less experienced team members. This role offers the opportunity to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary projects. Duties will vary based on experience, certifications, project requirements, and geographic location.
