Showroom Sales & Project Specialist – Decorative Plumbing & Hardware


Georgetown, Washington, D.C.

W.T. Weaver & Sons is a fifth-generation, family-owned business with over 135 years of experience serving the Washington, D.C. market. We are a premier supplier of luxury decorative plumbing and architectural hardware, working with architects, interior designers, custom builders, and homeowners on high-end residential projects.

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team in a showroom-based sales and project role.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a client-facing showroom position focused on both small and mid-size project sales, with the opportunity to assist on larger projects. You will work directly with homeowners, designers, and builders to guide product selections, prepare proposals, and manage orders from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and wants to grow within the luxury residential construction and design industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet with clients in our Georgetown showroom and guide product selections
• Handle small project sales (door hardware, plumbing fixtures, etc.)
• Assist with larger residential projects alongside senior team members
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and specifications
• Process orders and coordinate with vendors and internal team
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with website sales and customer inquiries
• Help maintain showroom organization and presentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales or client-facing experience required
• Showroom, retail, or project sales experience preferred
• Background in interior design, architecture, or construction is a strong plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience working with CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read plans is a plus

**Should live withing 15 miles of our 1208 Wisconsin Ave NW Washington DC location**

COMPENSATION:

• Base salary: $40,000
• Generous performance-based incentive and commission program
• Target income: $60,000 – $100,000+
• Uncapped earning potential

A training stipend is provided during the onboarding period to supplement income while building product knowledge and sales pipeline.
