Do you enjoy working with details, assisting customers, and helping create seamless travel experiences? We are expanding our remote team and looking for dependable, organized individuals to join us as Travel Reservations Specialist.
In this role, you will help clients secure travel arrangements, manage reservation details, and support the booking process for a wide range of vacations and leisure travel experiences. Whether coordinating resort stays, cruises, guided tours, family vacations, or international trips, you'll help ensure every reservation is handled accurately and efficiently.
This opportunity is perfect for individuals seeking a flexible work-from-home role where they can build professional skills while helping others plan memorable journeys. Training, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship are provided.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist travelers with booking accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, and vacation packages
  • Review traveler preferences and help identify options that align with their needs and budget
  • Process reservation requests and monitor booking progress
  • Coordinate confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel documentation
  • Communicate with clients regarding travel details, schedules, and reservation information
  • Work with supplier partners to verify availability and finalize arrangements
  • Maintain accurate booking records and organized client files
  • Respond to travel-related inquiries and provide reservation support
  • Stay informed about supplier offerings, destination updates, and special promotions
  • Help ensure a smooth and positive booking experience from inquiry through confirmation
Qualifications
  • Interest in customer service, reservations, hospitality, tourism, or travel-related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online systems
  • Professional attitude and strong follow-through skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must reside in the US, UK Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other approved hiring region
  • Previous travel industry experience is not required; full training is available
