As the Director of Creative Promotions at Paramount Pictures, you'll support the Worldwide Marketing Partnerships team based on the Paramount lot and report to the EVP of Worldwide Promotions. In this role, you'll lead the creative vision behind partner pitches, film presentations, and campaign materials, setting the tone, voice, and design language for the team. You'll collaborate with senior executives, filmmakers, and cross-functional teams to develop standout creative that elevates partnership campaigns and brings big ideas to life.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a creative team, manage vendors, oversee budgets and timelines, and drive innovative thinking across projects. Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of film presentations, partner pitches, and sales materials for the Global Outreach team
  • Shape and elevate the Marketing Partnerships team's creative vision, including design language, copy, templates, and presentations
  • Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class creative materials
  • Provide creative direction and support to Campaign Management to elevate partnership campaigns
  • Present custom pitch concepts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee projects, including budgets, timelines, approvals, and asset delivery
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative, strategic, and actionable marketing ideas
  • Develop custom mock-ups, AV content, and creative assets for pitches, campaigns, filmmaker presentations, and executive requests
  • Oversee the acquisition, storage, and distribution of sensitive film assets
  • Drive process improvements to increase team workflow efficiency
  • Hire, onboard, mentor, and supervise the Creative team and interns
  • Prioritize projects and manage deadlines across multiple workstreams
  • Oversee the creative budget
  • Support the Global Outreach team at key meetings, trade shows, and industry events
  • Stay current on industry trends and share insights with the team

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years relevant experience
  • Strong presentation tools experience (Keynote, Canva)
  • Design fluency (Photoshop or similar)
  • Strong storytelling + visual instincts

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $130,000.00 - 150,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
