This District Manager role provides strategic leadership for 8 K12 Schools food service accounts across Virginia, Maryland, and Tennessee, ensuring operational consistency, financial accountability, client satisfaction, and team development.

The ideal candidate brings experience managing managers, growing business through sales and program development, expanding contract opportunities, building high-performing teams, and thriving in a highly visible role with up to 80% travel.

Take the lead in overseeing multiple accounts within a dynamic region, where you'll champion operational excellence, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure a high standard of client and guest satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and empower on-site teams, build lasting client relationships, and shape the success of business operations across a diverse portfolio.


Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $134640 - $174240

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
