The Worldwide Developer Relations team is looking for a motivated App Store Review Specialist that demonstrates critical thinking, integrity and acute attention to detail. Your focus will be qualifying third-party applications to ensure safety for app users and a place for developers to thrive. Our work fuels the user and developer experiences across all Apple platforms globally.
Description
The guiding principle of the App Store is simple - we want to provide a safe experience for users to get apps and a great opportunity for all developers to be successful. We have updated the App Review Guidelines with that principle in mind. (https://developer.apple.com/app-store/review/guidelines/)
Through our training process, you will be an expert in understanding, supporting, and improving the App Review process.
Minimum Qualifications
Fluency in English and Vietnamese, as this role will frequently be supporting language-specific apps.
Able to work Tuesday through Saturday, 40 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with content review or similar environment.
Ability to identify changes to apps between submissions, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent judgment and integrity, with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
Ability to work quickly and proficiently under tight timelines, while prioritizing a full workload and delivering exceptional quality.
Comfortable reviewing a consistently high volume of apps daily.
Passionate about providing outstanding customer service, and having a positive attitude that is upbeat, adaptable, and results oriented.
Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
Thorough knowledge of Apple platforms, and being committed to our vision to support the developer community.
