Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide personalized service to our clients, ensuring their transportation needs are met with professionalism and care.
This is a professional, office-based role in Brooklyn, NY.
Responsibilities:
Be the welcoming voice of Legends answering calls and emails with polish, professionalism, and genuine care.
Provides pleasant, personalized customer service of the highest level & acts as a proud ambassador of the company
Attends telephone calls and responds to e-mails in a highly courteous & professional manner
Advises customers with suitable transportation solutions, including fleet vehicle selection, accommodations & accurate price quotes.
Take initiative to upsell and expand trip reservations this is where your charm and enthusiasm shine.
Enters information regarding all new reservations into JLimo software & uses Zoho CRM to manage client relationships
Send confirmations, reconfirm upcoming rides, and coordinate with dispatch and affiliates.
Relays information to & from affiliates concerning domestic or international travel arrangements Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry
Experience working with luxury brands or high-end clientele
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to establish relationships with others via phone, e-mail, Zoom, & in-person
A professional, client-facing appearance that inspires reliability & trust
Ability to work in a team with a positive & supportive mindset
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
General knowledge of the NYC 5 boroughs, GPS, & dispatching software
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 2 years (Required)
Call center: 1 year (Required)
