About the Role
Cup of Joe Cafes is looking for a friendly, guest-focused Barista to join our team at our Starbucks licensed store on the Baptist Hospital Campus in Pensacola, FL. This is one of the area's busiest healthcare campuses - a high-volume location serving nurses, doctors, and families who depend on us every dayIf you love connecting with people, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and take pride in crafting an exceptional Starbucks experience on every order, we want to hear from you.
As a Barista, you are the face of the store and the heart of the guest experience. You will craft Starbucks beverages and food items to standard, keep your workspace running smoothly, and bring the warmth and energy that makes guests want to come back.
What You'll Do
• Craft Starbucks beverages and food items to recipe and brand standard on every order, every time
• Deliver a warm, welcoming experience that makes guests feel genuinely taken care of
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready to handle the rush
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures
• Support your shift lead and teammates - step in where needed, no questions asked
• Show up consistently and be a reliable, positive presence on the team
• Help train and welcome new team members as you grow in your role
• Stay curious about the menu, the craft, and the brand - the more you know, the better every interaction gets
