THE JOB

The Part-Time Barista will provide exceptional hospitality, quality beverages and products while maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment. The successful candidate should be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and go the extra mile to make their customer's day with a perfect cup of coffee or beverage.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Prepare and serve consistently outstanding beverages by adhering to recipe standards.

Proactively engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer experience

Refill cold brew kegs as needed

Maintain a clean and organized space for guests and coworkers in all areas of the coffee bar

Assist with setup, cleanup, inventory and stock work

Always adhere to proper safety guidelines

On occasion work overtime for special events

Assist with a variety of duties and tasks as directed

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers

Prior bartending experience preferred

Thrived in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working a flexible schedule when needed

1+ year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred

Ability to deliver exceptional hospitality in a personal and professional manner

Strong attention to detail and healthy respect for cleanliness

Reliable and consistent - Must be available for overtime for special events or meetings

Professional behavior and appearance at all times

Ability to walk, stand and sit for periods of time. Must be able to lift, carry and/or move objects up to 30 pounds
