Total Compensation: $27.00–$29.00 per hour

Position Summary

As a Class A Delivery Driver, you'll safely deliver beverage products to retail customers while providing exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for unloading and stocking products, rotating inventory, merchandising displays, and ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and building positive relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on assigned delivery routes.
  • Deliver products accurately and efficiently to retail customer locations.
  • Unload, stock, rotate, and merchandise beverage products.
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy before delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through reliable service.
  • Introduce customers to new products and promotions when appropriate.
  • Resolve customer questions and service concerns professionally.
  • Complete required delivery documentation accurately.
  • Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
  • Assist with training new team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Valid California Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Minimum of 3 months of professional commercial driving experience (1–2 years preferred).
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Successfully pass a DOT pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently lift, carry, and move products weighing 50–200 pounds using proper equipment and safe lifting techniques.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles throughout the workday.
  • Work in both hot and cold outdoor environments.
  • Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, climb, and stand for extended periods.
