Job description

Posting Date
08/12/2026
2000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of America
The Senior Analyst, IKC Clinical Programs, will support transition and run-state management for DaVita's CKD Medicare Advantage model of care, while also providing flexible analytical and execution support across related Clinical Transformation priorities as needed.
This role is anchored to CKD Medicare Advantage transition and stabilization, but is not limited to CKD MA alone. The person in this seat will also support select cross-functional priorities across the broader Clinical Transformation portfolio, particularly where strong structure, analysis, synthesis, and follow-through are needed.
This is not a pure strategy role and not a narrow task-execution role. It is a high-growth role for someone who can own ambiguous workstreams, bring structure to complex cross-functional work, and help translate fragmented inputs into clear insights, recommendations, and actions.
The person in this role will help create visibility into workflow maturity, open risks, dependencies, decisions, and follow-through needs as the CKD MA model moves from launch into run state. Over time, this teammate should be able to independently own defined workstreams, shape recommendations, and grow into broader operating leadership.
What you will do
  • Support transition and run-state work for the CKD MA care model as it moves from launch into operations
  • Own defined workstreams and problem-solving lanes under the direction of the Sr. Manager
  • Build and maintain core execution tools, including action logs, risk logs, decision logs, dependency trackers, and readiness summaries
  • Support workflow walkthroughs by preparing materials, synthesizing inputs, identifying open questions, and capturing outputs
  • Organize and synthesize inputs from clinical, operational, patient engagement, reporting, and other cross-functional teams
  • Develop clear status views, summaries, and leadership-ready materials that support decisions and follow-through
  • Support workflow mapping, process documentation, and handoff clarity across evolving workstreams
  • Conduct analyses to identify operational risks, performance issues, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Track follow-through on open items and proactively surface areas where work is stalled, unclear, or at risk
  • Support adjacent priorities across the broader Clinical Transformation portfolio as needed, including reporting, governance, execution support, and other cross-functional operating work
  • Over time, take increasing ownership of end-to-end workstreams and develop recommendations for leaders across the portfolio

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, operations, program management, analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills
  • Experience supporting or owning cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, organize complex work, and drive follow-through
  • Healthcare experience preferred, especially in Medicare Advantage, value-based care, population health, care management, or chronic disease programs
  • Experience with workflow mapping, project tracking, reporting, or performance analysis preferred

What will make someone successful in this role
  • Strong ownership mindset
  • Able to define the problem and approach within a workstream, not just execute assigned tasks
  • Highly organized and reliable
  • Strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Able to synthesise information clearly and concisely
  • Comfortable working across multiple workstreams at once
  • Good judgment on when to escalate versus solve directly
  • Practical, collaborative, and low-ego working style
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Clear interest in growing into broader healthcare operating leadership over time

Why this role
This role is designed for someone with strong upside. It offers the opportunity to build real ownership in a high-priority value-based care environment, support important work across a broader Clinical Transformation portfolio, work directly with cross-functional leaders, and grow from analytical support into broader workstream and operating leadership over time.
