Position Summary
We're seeking an HVAC Installation Helper (Apprentice Installer) to assist our Lead Installers in replacing and installing residential heating and air conditioning systems. You'll work directly with seasoned professionals - learning advanced installation techniques, safety standards, and customer service excellence along the way.
This is your opportunity to develop the technical foundation and soft skills that lead to a long, successful HVAC career.
What You'll Do
  • Support the Lead Installer in all phases of residential HVAC system installations.
  • Complete installation documentation neatly, accurately, and promptly to ensure proper reporting and job tracking.
  • Protect each home by using drop cloths, floor savers, and maintaining a clean workspace from start to finish.
  • Uphold our safety-first culture - on the job, in the shop, and while driving.
  • Assist in maintaining daily production goals and operational efficiency.
  • Care for company assets: Keep your vehicle, tools, and workspace clean, organized, and ready to roll.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism - every home, every time.

What You Bring to the Team
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some HVAC installation experience preferred (we'll train the right attitude).
  • NATE certification a plus - but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn from senior technicians.
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and maintain a clean driving record.
