Job description

We are seeking a Workspace Developer to design, build, and support modern developer workspaces and productivity tools. This role combines software development, automation, developer experience, and endpoint technology to improve developer onboarding and day-to-day productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop automation and developer tools using Python and Java.
  • Improve developer workflows, CI/CD, software distribution, and environment provisioning.
  • Build and manage containerized development environments.
  • Support desktop provisioning and package management using SCCM/MECM, VDI, or similar technologies.
  • Integrate Generative AI and AI capabilities into developer workflows.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, audit, risk, and governance requirements.
  • Promote developer tooling best practices and drive adoption of new technologies.
Required Skills
  • Strong Python and Java development experience (7+years).
  • Experience with containers, CI/CD, and automation.
  • Experience with SCCM/MECM, VDI, desktop provisioning, or software distribution.
  • Knowledge of cloud and on-premises networking and infrastructure.
  • Understanding of Generative AI and AI/ML integration.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
